He supported her musical career and they formed a solid partnership that led to a close friendship. Fusari granted her the stage name Lady Gaga in honor of Radio Gaga by Queen. Stefani loved Queen's music. Akon, who knew Lady Gaga well and was her songwriter, witnessed her perform at a prestigious occasion and offered her a contract with his record label Kon Live Distribution. Gaga took the offer. Lady Gaga was then known as a singer. Fusari, RedOne, and Martin Kierszenbaum were her producers at the time.
